Brief introduction
ACF-1PHKB and ACF-1PHPZ wireless integrated smart balance orifice flow meter and wireless integrated smart balance nozzle flow meter adds the balance holes around the orifice plate and nozzle, which greatly reduce the eddy current, vibration and signal noise, obviously improve the flow stability. It makes the linearity and repeatability precision get huge improved and better measuring effect when small flow through, which expands the orifice plate and nozzle flow meter measure range. The rectifying effect of balance orifice shortens the length requirement of the straight pipe before and after the orifice and nozzle, which reduces the on-site installation requirements, also reduce the permanent pressure loss of the system. Balanced flow meter can measure the flow rate of liquid, steam and gas. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, light industry, etc.

Measure theory
When fluid filled with pipe flow through the orifice, the flow will form local contraction at the throttling area of the orifice to accelerate the flow and reduce the static pressure, then there will be pressure drop also called differential pressure before and after the standard orifice. The bigger of the medium flow rate, the bigger of the differential pressure, so we can measure the flow rate by measuring the differential pressure. This measuring method is on the theory of law of conservation of mass and law of conservation of energy.
